MARIANO CABRERA

Mariano Cabrera was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on January 10, 1981. He started his musical studies at the age of 17 with Adrián Jiménez, one of the greatest exponents of the harmonica in the country. When he was 18 years old, he created his first band, “31 dientes”, with Cristian Gallo (talented singer, guitarist and great composer of Argentine Blues). When he was 20, he recorded his first album, “The Little Walter’s Tribute”. This one is the first tribute to the greatest harmonica player of Chicago Blues (Little Walter Jacobs) recorded in the country. After 5 years away from the stage of Blues, Mariano is back in search of a new sound, and so he creates “The New Jukes”. In this new step, Mariano is now performing with the harmonica and his voice, together with Fernando Cardero (bass), Juan de la Cruz Ramos (guitar) George Warrior (Guitar) and Ulises Escotorín (drums).
